Role Overview
Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable Python-based applications and services.
The role requires at least five years of hands-on Python full-stack development experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of Python applications and services.
- Architect and implement microservices solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with product, analysis, architecture, QA, and other stakeholder teams.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote strong coding practices.
- Review code, enforce standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Required Skills
- Advanced Python programming proficiency.
- Expertise with Django, Flask, and FastAPI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
- Hands-on RESTful API development and integration experience.
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes skills.
