As Manager/Director Development, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of a project including scope, cost, and schedule. You will:
Lead the execution of a project including permitting, land acquisition, procurement, contracting, and commissioning
Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, environmental specialists, and attorneys
Assess and recommend decisions to maximize commercial value
Act as Longview’s primary external representative for the project
