Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a pre contract bias to support our exciting growth plans.
- The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.
- The role covers all aspects of project management throughout the whole project lifecycle from inception to completion.
Duties include
- Project Planning & Execution: Defining and clarifying project scope, setting timelines, and establishing budgets.
- Team Leadership: Managing and motivating design teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed on project progress, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
- Resource Management: Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets for design initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing the quality of design deliverables and ensuring they meet standards.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Budget Management: Tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
- Experience of undertaking cost/commercial management as part of integrated, multi organization, collaborative teams is preferred.
- Implement strategies to manage and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed cost forecasts and budget reports, analyzing variances and identifying trends.
- Implement cost control measures and monitor project expenditures.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between design teams, marketing, product development, and external agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in project management within a design or creative environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
