- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Lead and motivate design teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance
- Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, manage expectations, and address concerns
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets for design initiatives
- Oversee quality of design deliverables and ensure they meet standards
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines
- Prepare detailed cost forecasts and budget reports, analyzing variances
- Implement cost control measures and monitor project expenditures
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using project management software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, project management, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in the real estate sector
- Proven experience in project management within a design or creative environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Strong project management skills: ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills: ability to motivate and guide a team
- Problem solving skills
- Technical proficiency: familiarity with design software and project management tools
- Understanding design principles and best practices
