Project Manager, Permitting

What You’ll Bring

Required:

2–4 years of experience in the construction or permitting industry.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, urban planning, engineering, or a related technical field.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Knowledge of Microsoft software.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability and willingness to travel to Long Island municipalities and AHJs as required.

Experience working with municipal permitting processes and requirements.

Preferred:

Experience with Long Island permitting processes and local AHJs.

Experience with new building and construction projects.

Familiarity with client-facing consulting roles.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is based in Long Island, NY, with a hybrid schedule.

Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Employees are expected to report to the NYC or NJ office 1–2 days per week.

Travel to Long Island client sites or municipal agencies is required as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $75,000-$90,000, based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
