Role Overview
The Project Manager manages construction programs from development through implementation, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and at expected quality levels.
Projects generally range from $2,000 to $500,000 each or $1,500,000 annually, depending on contract type and complexity.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of construction-industry experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor is required.
- Experience managing multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously is required.
- Candidates must produce detailed fixed-price estimates using RS Means or other published unit price books.
- Effective negotiation, resource management, adaptability, collaboration, and communication skills are required.
- Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam may be used in the role.
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is desired but not required.
