What You’ll Do
Lead cross-functional sustaining and continuous improvement projects for CoolIT hardware products, including CDUs and PCLs.
Improve manufacturability, cost efficiency, and scalability while ensuring on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables using ClickUp.
- Coordinate engineering, supply chain, and production teams to remove roadblocks and align milestones.
- Use Arena for engineering changes and design change control.
- Use NetSuite and Factory Logix to track and report project performance.
- Communicate status and KPIs covering cost, schedule, and quality.
- Support global coordination with APAC teams.
- Drive on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while maintaining documented quality workflows.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of project management experience in hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Engineering or technical diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in project planning and execution using ClickUp and Arena.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of cross-functional workflows in manufacturing environments.
