Role Overview
The Sustaining Project Manager leads cross-functional projects for CoolIT hardware products, including CDUs and PCLs.
The role improves manufacturability, cost efficiency, and scalability while ensuring timely delivery of sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead sustaining projects to improve product manufacturability, cost, and scalability.
- Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables using ClickUp.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and remove execution roadblocks.
- Manage engineering changes and design change control using Arena.
- Track and report project performance using NetSuite and Factory Logix.
- Communicate cost, schedule, and quality KPIs to stakeholders.
- Support global coordination with APAC teams.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of project management experience in hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- An engineering or technical diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in project planning and execution using tools such as ClickUp and Arena.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of cross-functional workflows in manufacturing environments.
