Role overview
CoolIT Systems is seeking a Project Manager to facilitate key internal and external development projects from the Product department.
Projects may include complex Coolant Distribution Units, Passive Coolant Loops, and larger continuous improvement initiatives.
The role sets project execution standards, mentors Project Managers, and ensures outcomes create business value and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex NPI and strategic improvement projects aligned with business objectives and technical innovation.
- Define scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resource plans with cross-functional accountability.
- Manage execution risks across engineering, manufacturing, test, and supply chain functions.
- Mentor Project Managers on best practices, risk management, and communication.
- Use MS Project, ClickUp, dashboards, and KPI tracking to drive performance.
- Apply change management and project governance to control scope and maintain stakeholder trust.
- Lead program reviews and executive briefings with data-driven issue escalation.
- Coordinate global teams, including APAC, for handoffs and resource alignment.
- Standardize lessons learned and embed continuous improvement into future planning.
