Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- The role requires 5–10 years of landscape project management experience within the GCC region, with UAE experience preferred.
- Ten years of experience in landscaping projects in the UAE is required.
- Applicants must have experience managing large-scale landscape projects from conception to completion.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software, including Microsoft Excel and financial systems, is required.
- Knowledge of landscape contracting, project budgeting, and procurement processes is required.
- Applicants must be able to manage risks and resolve complex problems efficiently.
- Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are required.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery from conception through completion.
- Lead teams and communicate with clients, vendors, and project teams at all levels.
- Use project management tools, financial systems, and budgeting controls.
- Manage landscape contracting and procurement processes.
- Track and resolve risks and complex project issues.
- Support successful project delivery through effective stakeholder communication.
