About the Role
Civil Supervisor or Civil Foreman role for landscape projects in Dubai.
The role supervises landscape crews and ensures work meets designs and project engineer requirements.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of Civil Supervisor experience in the UAE or Gulf region is preferred.
- Good knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants.
- Civil supervision knowledge in landscaping.
- Ability to work in outdoor site conditions and supervise gardeners.
Key Duties
- Manage landscape workers and foremen and monitor satisfactory completion of work.
- Create plans and schedules for project tasks.
- Track budgets and prepare estimates.
- Observe groundskeeping and landscaping crew activities.
- Assist the team when needed and train new crew workers.
- Supervise gardeners and outdoor site work.
Compensation
- Salary will be determined during the interview based on candidate experience.
Workplace
- Work location is in person and involves outdoor site conditions.
