Project Manager - Junior / Professional Services

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience in project management, project coordination, or a related function; internship or academic project experience will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification or progress toward PMP a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Must be able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish organizational goals and to help identify and resolve problems.
• Must be committed to customer service and demonstrate appropriate attention to customer needs and requirements when making decision and taking action.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
• Ability to take direction, ask questions, and apply feedback from senior team members and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
