Key skills for this role
Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects, ideally in distribution or a related industry;
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, etc.);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work collaboratively and manage conflicts effectively;
Demonstrated project management experience;
Proven experience in process mapping and workflow optimization;
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;
Proficiency with project management software (such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com, etc.) and process mapping tools (such as Visio, BPMN, etc.);

Bilingualism (French/English, advanced level) is required due to the organization’s national operations and the need for effective communication across regions.
Understand business processes supporting enterprise applications;
Identify and document business needs at the origin of projects;
Gather requirements from business stakeholders;
Translate client requirements into business requirements for development teams;
Ensure an optimal user experience throughout application development;
Support testing and implementation activities in collaboration with the analyst responsible for the project;
