Project Manager - Intralogistics & Automation Systems

What you bring

• 5–8 years of experience managing technical or industrial projects - ideally in intralogistics, warehouse automation, material handling, or systems integration
• A 4-year degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Strong financial acumen: you're as comfortable with a forecast as you are with a Gantt chart
• Proven experience managing contracts and change orders
• The ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand system architecture - you don't need to design the system, but you need to speak the language
• Confidence navigating advanced stakeholder environments and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
• A risk-anticipation mindset - you see problems before they become expensive
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration/scheduling tools; Microsoft Project experience is a plus, not a requirement
• How we work
• This role is hybrid while projects are active - you'll be on-site or with your team when it matters most for commissioning, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on problem solving. Between active project phases, it's fully remote. Expect roughly 30% travel on average to client sites and offices, with more during onboarding.
