Kadiak, LLC a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Project Manager II- EHR Sustainment to support Kadiak and our government customer.
This position is remote.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale, complex Health IT and EHR deployment initiatives in highly matrixed, client-facing, and multi-vendor environments.
This role requires a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, can establish structure where little exists, and drives programs from concept through execution with strong ownership and accountability.
The ideal candidate has expertise in full lifecycle EHR implementation planning, scalable program governance, stakeholder alignment, and complex project schedule management.
They must be capable of influencing executive leadership, navigating low project management maturity client environments, and proactively mitigating delivery risks while maintaining momentum across cross-functional teams.
This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.
