Project Manager (Hotels- Construction Delivery)

Role Overview

Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary qualification or university degree in Project Management or Building.
• At least 12 or 15 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
• Progressively increased responsibility over the course of the career.
• Experience delivering hotel or hospitality projects of an appropriate scale.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Active membership of a relevant professional institution is an additional consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of service consistent with Mirage expectations and the project management profession.
• Identify project delivery plan improvements and implement action plans.
• Manage projects or project sections to achieve quality, programme, and budget targets.
• Assist in the administration of construction contracts.
• Manage value engineering workshops.
• Conduct regular progress updates with the Planning Manager.
• Provide input into assessment and adjudication of contractor delay claims.
