Duratec are seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering complex construction and remediation projects across the Central Queensland region. As part of our growing Gladstone operation, you'll have the unique opportunity to help establish and shape a high-performing local team, contribute to the development of our regional culture, and support the continued growth of the business.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant trade qualification.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects from initiation through to completion.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and contract administration.
Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing project teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build lasting client, subcontractor and supplier relationships.
