The role is a Project Manager specializing in GIS.

Experience and Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in project management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, team building, resource management, flexibility, accountability, and proactiveness.
- Strong client presentation and communication ability.
- Prior Middle East client-facing engagement experience as a project manager.
- Experience managing GIS data in ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and application projects.
GIS Knowledge
- Knowledge of GIS fundamentals, spatial data types, data capture and sources, and spatial analysis.
- Knowledge of GIS data models and relationships, software and tools, web GIS and mapping, and remote sensing.
- Knowledge of coordinate systems and projections, application areas, data quality and governance, and system integration.
- Knowledge of GIS data conversion, data migration, utility assets and networks, and GIS enterprise databases.
Compensation
- The stated compensation is 18,000 Qatari riyals as a full package; no payment cadence is specified.
Responsibilities
- Manage GIS data in ESRI software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS.
- Manage AutoCAD and application projects.
- Apply GIS knowledge across spatial data, analysis, mapping, remote sensing, coordinate systems, and projections.
- Manage GIS data conversion, migration, quality, governance, and integration with other systems.
- Manage utility assets, networks, and GIS enterprise databases within project work.
- Present project information to clients and communicate with stakeholders.
