Your Role in the Healthcare Journey
- We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our Project Management Team on a 6 months fixed term contract . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple activities, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from planning through to implementation.
Project Coordination and Installation Support
Support the project management and coordination of installation projects across all business areas.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and with minimal delays.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and escalate risks or issues where appropriate.
Coordinate project activities to support the successful delivery of customer installations.
Equipment Delivery Management
Organise and coordinate equipment deliveries to support installation timelines.
Ensure delivery schedules meet agreed operational requirements and key performance indicators.
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure effective planning and execution.
Project Administration and Smartsheet Management
Maintain and regularly update project information within Smartsheet to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Manage project documentation, actions, and status updates.
