Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to manage highway infrastructure asset management operations on comprehensive highway maintenance projects; traveling to various sites overseeing highway maintenance repairs and maintenance. This position requires performing a wide range of responsibilities on new and existing asset maintenance and roadway services AM/O&M contracts related to planning work, scheduling/managing crews, structures repair analysis, preparing project report submissions, interfacing with government clients and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a leader working in an every-changing environment, meticulous organizational skills, adaptive and analytical problem-solving capabilities, and abilities to effectively create functional teams. The position requires the candidate to work in a unique environment both in the office, out in the project-site (among crews), and within professional organized meetings. Successful candidates for this position have a drive to develop their careers, create strong teams, and can remain focused in rapidly changing environments.
