We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented, and highly organized **Project Manager for Wedding Events** to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves creating unforgettable experiences, and can seamlessly manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and creative elements.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of wedding projects, from initial stage to flawless wedding/event execution.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding event requirement preparation, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the planning process.
- Understand client vision, preferences, cultural requirements, and budget to translate them into actionable plans.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Keep the company owners informed of all plans and actions
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, checklists, and budgets for each wedding.
- Lead planning meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs with the company owners and vendors.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring every detail meets quality standards.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with all wedding suppliers.
- Ensure all vendor contracts, deliverables, and payments are managed accurately and on schedule.
Operational & Administrative Duties
- Prepare project documentation, proposals, and post‑event reports.
- Maintain accurate records of budgets, invoices, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in wedding planning, event management, or project management within the events industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to last‑minute changes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.
