About the Role
MOD Design Events LLC is seeking a Wedding Events Coordinator to oversee the seamless execution of wedding events. You will coordinate with internal teams, venues, and company owners to ensure every detail is handled efficiently.

- Ensure smooth transactions and execution of all wedding events including furniture requirements
- Prepare all types of requests for approval related to wedding events and furniture requirements
- Interact with the hotels/venue for work permit acquisition, passes and other venue requirements
- Follow up on the status of all event related tasks and deliverables (production, furniture)
- Coordinate closely with internal departments
- Provide real time updates and reports to company owners
- Maintain detailed documentation and timelines for each wedding event requirement
- Resolve issues swiftly to avoid disruptions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding event coordination (preparation, execution including dismantle)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
