- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns
- Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency

- Conduct site visits to monitor quality and adherence to specifications
- Prepare and present regular project reports, documentation, and presentations to clients and internal management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in fit out, theming, or interior construction
- Demonstrated experience managing multi disciplinary teams and contractors
- Strong knowledge of fit out and theming processes, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Aconex, or similar
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and risk management

- JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager Fit Out/Theming to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering fit out and theming projects that meet client expectations and company standards.
- You will oversee all project phases from initiation through completion, ensuring effective coordination among design, construction, and operational teams.
