About the Role
Tashteeb is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fit-Out for their Riyadh team. The role requires 10-15 years of experience managing F&B, retail, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, mobilization, and execution to handover and project close out
- Lead and supervise fit out projects, with a strong focus on F&B, retail, commercial, and interior works
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, finance, and senior management
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules, scope of work, and technical requirements
- Ensure all project activities are aligned with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, authority requirements, and contractual obligations
- Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, lookahead plans, site progress updates, and project reports
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines and take corrective action when delays, risks, or coordination issues arise
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee procurement coordination, material approvals, delivery schedules, and long lead items
- Monitor project costs, variations, claims, progress payments, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial and finance teams
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, workmanship, and compliance with project standards
- Attend client meetings, consultant meetings, progress meetings, coordination meetings, and internal project reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in project management within fit out, construction, interiors, F&B, retail, hospitality, or commercial projects
- Strong and solid experience in F&B and retail fit out projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of fit out execution, interior works, MEP coordination, finishing works, joinery, materials, and site operations
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, interior design, and shop drawings
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, quality control, safety, procurement, and handover procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and make decisions in a fast paced project environment
- Strong experience in client facing project management and consultant coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred
