Role Overview
AMAQ is a fit-out company delivering detailed commercial, retail, F&B, entertainment, banking, and corporate projects.
The Project Manager will lead projects from design documentation through construction and high-quality final handover.
Projects range from approximately 300 square metres to 20,000 square metres.
Qualifications
- Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of fit-out industry experience in the UAE, Qatar, or KSA.
- Relevant experience includes commercial fit-outs, showrooms, bank branches, corporate offices, restaurants, and F&B projects.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills are required.
Project Leadership
- Lead project safety, client and consultant coordination, and all MEP, civil, architectural, procurement, joinery, and BMS teams.
- Manage project quality, schedules, documentation, communication, and timely handover.
- Act as Project Engineer on smaller projects when required.
Planning and Documentation
- Set timelines through weekly meetings, assign team targets, and follow up on progress daily.
- Monitor deliverables and scheduling using Microsoft Office, Primavera, or an equivalent tool.
- Manage material and drawing submittals, inspection requests, procurement and drawing trackers, RFIs, and daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Client and Team Coordination
- Represent AMAQ in client-facing interactions and provide project progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coach and support project team members and coordinate responses to project queries, concerns, and problems.
