Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Riyadh for interior and fit-out projects.
The Architect develops concepts, prepares detailed designs, drawings, and specifications, and ensures compliance with local regulations and project standards.
The role includes stakeholder coordination, construction-document review, design revisions, execution monitoring, client meetings, and multidisciplinary integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for interior and fit-out projects.
- Prepare drawings and specifications and review construction documents.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor execution to maintain design integrity, quality, and timelines.
- Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic solutions.
- Integrate architecture with electro-mechanical, IT, and other building systems.
- Contribute to design-process improvements, sustainability practices, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design with creative, functional, and buildable design capability.
- English communication skills are required for English-speaking clients.
- Immediate availability and a minimum of two years of experience are required.
- Familiarity with architectural integration with electro-mechanical and IT disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of Saudi building codes, fit-out standards, and sustainability principles.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
Technical Skills and Preferences
- Relevant proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Professional registration in KSA or eligibility to obtain it is preferred.
- Experience with LEED or similar certifications is advantageous.
