The Field Operations Project Manager is responsible for leading operational initiatives, processes, tools, and support functions that enable effective service delivery across the Field Operations organization.

- partner closely with field support leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions, improve operational processes, support organizational readiness, and drive continuous improvement.
- be accountable for coordinating projects, managing deliverables, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the Field Operations organization has the resources, knowledge, reporting, and tools necessary to support field operations effectively.
- serve as a key partner in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, increase operational efficiency, and support organizational growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group; ability to lead in a matrix environment and at a distance (virtually)
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group as a member of a team
- Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness in presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels, with strong facilitation and presentation skills
- 3 years minimum related work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools.
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
- Track record of establishing priorities and deadlines
- Experience in a consulting environment
- Familiarity with compliance (regulatory, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), etc.) and governance issues.
- PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent
- Some tax or financial background
