Project Manager - Facilities Maintenance Operations

• 5+ years of experience managing a Base Operations Support (BOS) contract, including specialized experience in facilities maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of DoD regulations, federal requirements, and government contracting principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order management systems (e.g., Maximo) preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance as required by the contract.
• Ability to maintain access to government worksites in accordance with contract requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record in accordance with company policy and the ability to operate vehicles or equipment as required.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or desk.
• Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and handling paperwork.
• Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
