Role overview
Lead enterprise technology programs for the platforms that support Evolv’s quote-to-cash and financial operations.
Own delivery dates and outcomes across Salesforce, NetSuite, and the integration layer between systems of record.
The role reports to the Director of Strategic Programs and works across Finance, IT, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Service & Deployment.
Core responsibilities
- Lead initiatives through requirements, design, build, testing, cutover, launch, and stabilization.
- Manage integrated plans, RAID logs, scope, change approvals, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate quote-to-cash processes including quoting, contracts, renewals, rentals, asset lifecycle, order management, billing, and revenue reporting.
- Manage implementation partners, statements of work, change orders, invoice validation, and delivery escalations.
- Plan data migration, validation, cutover runbooks, go/no-go decisions, UAT, hypercare, and defect burn-down.
- Manage Jira, Confluence, SharePoint documentation, deferred scope, stakeholder decisions, and resource conflicts.
Required qualifications
- Enterprise technology program delivery experience with at least three years on ERP, CRM, or quote-to-cash implementations.
