Project Manager-Enterprise Endpoint & Network Migrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline , and 12+ years experience .
• 7+ years of project management experience , preferably within enterprise IT infrastructure or technology transformation environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale endpoint, network, infrastructure, workplace technology, or similar migration programs .
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including endpoints, networking, identity, security, infrastructure, cloud, and IT operations.
• Proven experience developing and managing detailed project plans, migration schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource plans.
• Experience managing complex cutovers, deployment waves, go/no-go decisions, and rollback planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with standard project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
• Experience leading migrations involving thousands or tens of thousands of endpoints and/or hundreds of network locations .
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management and deployment technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager/SCCM, Autopilot, Jamf, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with network transformation or migration initiatives involving LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless, routing/switching, VPN, or network modernization.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, identity modernization, or cloud migration programs.
• Experience working within large enterprise, highly regulated, or geographically distributed organizations.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and operational transition processes.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management platforms.
