Experience

Knowledge/Skills

• Applies strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiently uses AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and drafting.
• Understands Zoning laws, Stormwater management, and Site Layouts.
• Excels in Project Management methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrates excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Manages Cost Control effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Has experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

• Works primarily in an office environment with occasional site visits.
• Navigates construction sites and varying terrains safely.
• Performs duties requiring prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
• Lifts and carries up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Travels to project sites and client meetings as needed.
