- Coordinate day to day activities across multidisciplinary project teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for routine client communications and project coordination
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Coordinate field activities, inspections, investigations, and supervision works
- Prepare and review project documentation, technical submissions, progress reports, and meeting minutes
- Support risk management, action tracking, and project controls activities
- Maintain document control systems and project records
- Facilitate coordination between technical teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Participate in client meetings and provide project progress updates
- Support project managers in the delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, or engineering supervision
- At least 4 years of experience within water, wastewater, or underground utility infrastructure projects
- Experience in sewage network rehabilitation, repair, or construction projects is highly preferred
- Proven experience in client facing project environments
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and reporting processes
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Familiarity with contract administration and contractual compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools such as MS Project
- Knowledge of GIS based project tracking systems is an advantage
- UAE driving licence preferred
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are advantageous
