- Act as Employer's Consultant's primary representative and key point of contact
- Monitor Design Build Contractor's performance against contractual obligations
- Review and assess design submissions, technical deliverables, and material approvals
- Monitor construction progress and prepare regular project status reports
- Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews
- Review variation proposals, extension of time claims, and contractual submissions
- Review contractor payment applications and provide recommendations
- Identify and escalate project risks and recommend corrective actions
- Attend progress meetings and maintain records
- Monitor testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout activities
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management
Requirements
- Experience as Employer's Representative or similar role
- Knowledge of contract administration and claims management
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
