Overview

Project Manager – Ultratec Group (3D Printing & Event Technologies)

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee and manage projects across Ultratec’s core business areas, including advanced 3D printing, product development, and event technology solutions.

The role requires strong technical understanding, client-facing communication, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project execution from concept and design to production and delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project scope, timelines, and expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams including design, engineering, production, and installation
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
  • Oversee on-site installation and event execution when required
  • Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or issues
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 3D printing, fabrication, or event technology projects
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, materials, and finishing processes
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and basic technical software
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Preferred (Good To Have)

  • Background in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or related field
  • Experience in interactive installations or exhibition projects
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
  • Knowledge of electronics integration or control systems
