Requirements
- 2–5 years of project management experience in villa renovation, interior fit out or residential construction
- UAE market experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on live construction/fit out sites
- Hands on experience managing project budgets and payment milestones, including cost tracking and variation/change order handling
- Confident, professional client facing communication
- Strong organizational skills; comfortable working with schedules, BOQs and structured site documentation

About the Role
- We're looking for a hands on Project Manager to lead our villa renovation and fit out projects end to end — from kickoff through handover.
What You'll Own
- Full ownership of assigned villa renovation / fit out projects from kickoff to handover.
- Coordinating and supervising multiple trades and subcontractors on site, keeping schedules on track.
- Managing project budgets, cost tracking and payment milestones — flagging variations and change orders early, before they become surprises.
- Acting as the primary, professional point of contact for clients throughout the build: site updates, expectation management, issue resolution.
- Quality control against the approved scope of works (BOQ) and design specifications.
- Reporting progress — schedule, budget, risks — to management on a regular cadence.
Must Have Experience
- 2–5 years of project management experience in villa renovation, interior fit out or residential construction — UAE market experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on live construction/fit out sites.
- Hands on experience managing project budgets and payment milestones, including cost tracking and variation/change order handling.
- Confident, professional client facing communication — comfortable managing expectations directly with clients, including under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills; comfortable working with schedules, BOQs and structured site documentation.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with structured project tracking tools (Excel based trackers, MS Project or similar).
- Experience with UAE developer NOC / DDA approval processes.
- Working knowledge of interior finishes, materials and basic MEP coordination.

- Full time, on site role across our active Dubai project sites and office, with a direct reporting line to management and a weekly project review cadence.
