About the Role
Sorento Group seeks an AI Operations Lead to steward and extend a production Claude-based AI operating system for villa renovation and real estate brokerage. Must have hands-on production experience with Claude ecosystem, Python automation, and strict governance.

Responsibilities
- Stewardship and extension of the existing Claude based hub (Cowork agents, sub agents, skills, MCP connectors, file based masters with audit governance)
- Building out the remaining departments (operations, clients, finance, marketing, people) per approved charters
- Sorento Real Estate Hub v1 on the same pattern — first priority: lead management / CRM workflows for the brokerage team
- The automation backlog across both companies: document pipelines, WhatsApp export processing, payment milestone tracking, reporting
- Python tooling (openpyxl document generation, audit scripts, dashboard generators) and connector integrations (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar — read only first policy)
- Enablement: the CEO and Executive Assistant work WITH the system; staff receive outputs. You document everything through the changelog and proposals discipline.
Requirements
- Hands on production experience with the Claude ecosystem: Claude Code and/or Claude Agent SDK, MCP servers/connectors, skills, advanced prompt & context engineering
- At least one LLM agent system built, shipped and OPERATED for a real business (not demos)
- Solid Python (automation, openpyxl/data handling, API integrations)
- Ability to work inside strict governance: masters are read only, every change is proposed, approved, versioned and audited

About the Role
- Sorento Group (premium villa renovation & fit out plus real estate brokerage, Dubai) already runs a production AI operating system: a Claude native, constitution governed agent hub that generates quotations and BOQs, tracks live construction projects, runs daily executive briefings and enforces an i
- This is NOT a greenfield chatbot project. We are hiring the person who takes over this system from the CEO, extends it department by department, and builds the same operating model for Sorento Real Estate.
- You will inherit a documented, versioned setup (constitution, department rules, audit tooling, changelog) — your job is to run it, harden it and scale it.
What You Will Own

Must Have Experience
- Hands on production experience with the Claude ecosystem: Claude Code and/or Claude Agent SDK, MCP servers/connectors, skills, advanced prompt & context engineering.
- At least one LLM agent system built, shipped and OPERATED for a real business (not demos) — you can walk us through architecture, guardrails and failures.
- Solid Python (automation, openpyxl/data handling, API integrations).
- Ability to work inside strict governance: masters are read only, every change is proposed, approved, versioned and audited. The CEO remains sole approver for rules, money and client facing output.
- Clear written English documentation; German is a plus, not required.
Nice to Have
- Real estate or construction industry exposure (UAE market a plus).
- RAG / internal knowledge bases; voice agents; workflow platforms (n8n/Make) for edge integrations.
How We Work / Engagement
- Deliverable based collaboration: weekly work packages with written done criteria, agreed response time SLA on working days, and a weekly review with the CEO.
- Contract, fractional retainer or direct full time — we are flexible for the right person; contract to hire is our preferred path.
- Hybrid Dubai (on site as needed).
Selection Process
- 1) Screening call.
- 2) Paid pilot case (approx. one week): you receive a department charter from our real system and build it under our audit protocol against fixed done criteria — exactly how the job works day to day.

Compensation
- Benchmarked to Dubai market for GenAI/LLM specialists; final package depends on level and engagement model.
