Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery for ERP, CRM, integration, and cloud migration projects.
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans with sponsors.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with transparency.
- Coordinate consultants, developers, architects, and client personnel.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and resolve blockers.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reporting.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies and quality standards.
- Manage change requests, scope changes, and contract amendments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or consulting.
- Proven delivery of ERP, CRM, or integration projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience managing distributed and multi-vendor delivery teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
