Role overview
Design scalable and secure integration architectures connecting enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, and payment gateways.
Lead integration delivery for clients in retail, finance, and government sectors across complex multi-system environments.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end integrations for ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and payment systems.
- Evaluate middleware and iPaaS platforms including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft.
- Define RESTful API strategies, versioning, security, and governance standards.
- Lead integration workstreams within digital-transformation programs.
- Create reference architectures, integration patterns, and reusable delivery templates.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and client technical teams.
- Review technical designs and ensure performance, security, and resilience requirements are met.
- Mentor integration developers and support pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware technologies.
- Deep expertise with Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging patterns.
- Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Shopify, Stripe, or PayPal.
- Proficiency in C4, sequence, and data-flow architecture documentation.
- Experience with CI/CD for integration deployments and infrastructure-as-code.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts for business audiences.
