- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data centre projects from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Act as primary client interface, providing strategic guidance and regular project status updates.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams including design consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, resource planning, risk registers, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with local authorities and obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and monitor contractor performance, construction progress, quality control, and site safety.
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate key milestones and risks.
- Manage commissioning activities and ensure operational readiness of mission critical systems.
- Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, ICT, and security disciplines.
- Support procurement processes, contract administration, claims management, and change control.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth through client relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical) or Construction Management.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Data Center Experience: at least 1 project delivered in the last 5 years.
- 15 20 years minimum experience.
- Leadership of complex building, infrastructure, mission critical or data centre projects.
- Qatar delivery, stakeholder coordination, authority interfaces, contractor management experience.

Your role

About You
