About the Role
El Rey Global Travel seeks a Project Manager Dewatering to source new clients, manage project delivery from sales to execution, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Source new clients for dewatering and maximize client potential in designated regions
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Generate method statements for design department with all required details
- Coordinate with NOC team regarding discharge points, manhole, and necessary documentation
- Hold project kick off meetings to ensure requirements meet project objectives
- Coordinate with client and operations department for mobilization and installation
- Ensure optimum efficiency in installed projects and provide design & technical solutions for on site challenges
- Follow up with site engineers and manage client requirements in case of breakdown
- Ensure all required site reports are prepared and submitted on time
- Ensure SWDR are verified and submitted for invoice generation within agreed deadline
- Attend meetings with consultant/client for approval of variation orders
- Ensure invoices are submitted to clients on time and support QS/Credit Dept for securing PCs
Requirements
- Experience in dewatering project management
- Ability to source new clients and develop a solid portfolio
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience in site operations and coordination

Role Overview
- This role will be responsible to source out new and profitable opportunities developing a solid portfolio of clients.
- Accountable for increasing sales by generating revenue, managing delivery of all projects providing project management support.
- Responsible for completion of projects in terms of budget, timelines, and quality.
- This role will serve as a single point of contact with the client from sales to execution, site operations management, invoicing, collection, and closing out of the project.
Job Responsibilities
- Searching for new clients for dewatering and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
- Generate Method statement for design department with all details required.
- Review the technical document in line with commercial and technical requirements.
- Coordination with NOC team in regards with discharge points, manhole and necessary documentation with clients.
- Holding project kick off meetings with project teams to make sure the requirements meet the project objectives.
- Coordination with client and operations dept in terms of mobilization and installation and ensuring the client timeline is met.
- Ensure optimum efficiency in installed projects and provide design & technical solutions for on site challenges & limitations in liaison with the site engineers.
- Follow up with site engineers and manage client requirements in case of breakdown onsite.
- Ensure all required site reports like daily check list, SWDR, diesel report and SMR are prepared and submitted on timely basis.
- Ensure SWDR are verified and submitted from site for invoice generation within agreed deadline.
