Project Manager

Job requirements

• Leading project delivery across all stages, managing programme, cost and quality from mobilisation to handover

• Managing a multidisciplinary team of Project Engineers, Supervisors and site crews

• Owning project budgets, monthly financial reporting, forecasting and margin performance

• Managing subcontract procurement, commercial negotiations, variations and claims

• Building and maintaining relationships with the developer, consultants and relevant authorities

• Identifying and resolving project risks early, in line with BildGroup's safety, environmental and quality systems

• Proven delivery experience on residential subdivisions and multi-stage land development projects

• Demonstrated commercial management capability, including contract administration, financial reporting and variation management

• Experience leading Project Engineers and Supervisors on civil construction projects

• Civil Engineering degree (Bachelor level)

• Current driver's licence and permanent Australian work rights

• RPEQ or CPEng registration

• Experience on projects valued between $10M and $100M+

• Leadership qualifications or First Aid
