Multiskilled Plant Operator

Job requirements

• Multiple current plant tickets - excavator, grader, roller, skid steer, or a combination of these

• Proven experience operating plant on civil construction sites - urban civil, earthworks, drainage, sports field, or landscaping works all relevant

• A genuinely multiskilled mindset - comfortable moving between machines as the day and project demands change

• Strong commitment to safety - you operate within safe work practices without needing to be reminded

• Reliable and consistent - the team is small and everyone counts

• Current White Card (Construction Induction) - must be held prior to start

• Valid drivers licence - essential for getting between sites across the Mackay region

• Locally based in Mackay or genuinely ready to make the permanent move

• Sports field or civil construction experience - directly relevant to our project scope

• Traffic management accreditation

• HR or MR licence

• First Aid current
