About the Role

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major mixed use construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor construction progress and resolve project challenges effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Lead project commissioning and handover activities
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Build and motivate high performing project teams
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Minimum 20 years of post qualification experience
- At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager with a contracting company
- Experience managing major mixed use capital projects valued at QAR 100 million or above
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the GCC
- Strong knowledge of procurement, commissioning, operations, site safety, quality management, and project coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
