Role overview
AWS Infrastructure Services designs, plans, delivers, and operates global data center infrastructure.
The Data Center Construction Manager supports construction delivery for technically complex and mission-critical data center facilities.
The role operates under guidance from senior team members and supports day-to-day contractor oversight and project execution.
Key job responsibilities
- Support construction oversight for new builds and capital projects in the Hyderabad area.
- Help reduce costs and schedules while maintaining project quality.
- Review electrical, mechanical, and building designs for constructability.
- Assist with scopes, equipment requirements, proposals, and capital requests.
- Support commissioning, integrated system testing, Requests for Information, and construction administration.
- Record project metrics, manage multiple projects, and support installed-facility operations.
- Travel to data center sites for audits, reviews, startup testing, and commissioning as required.

- The role includes travel to data center sites for electrical and mechanical system audits, constructability reviews, startup testing, and full commissioning.
