Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of high rise building construction including procurement, site supervision, subcontractor management, and final handover
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai regulatory requirements, project specifications, and luxury grade material standards through continuous inspections and quality control
- Lead daily coordination with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to proactively address challenges and minimize project risks
- Utilize Primavera or MS Project for progress tracking, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain timelines
- Conduct HSE audits, cost reviews, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution and excellence in delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high end residential construction in the UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Office Suite
- Certifications such as PMP, RICS, or CIOB are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- Immediate availability is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills
- Certified for G+Unlimited / Certified PMP

Job Summary
- Rakhat Construction is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in High Rise Building Construction to lead high end residential projects across Dubai.
- The Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of construction and developments—from concept and design coordination to construction, inspection, and handover.
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role requires managing multiple teams and ensuring all project milestones are met at the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of high rise building construction, including procurement, site supervision, subcontractor management, and final handover.
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai regulatory requirements, project specifications, and luxury grade material standards through continuous inspections and quality control.
- Lead daily coordination with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to proactively address challenges and minimize project risks.
- Utilize Primavera or MS Project for progress tracking, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain timelines.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high end residential construction in the UAE.
