- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction activities across assigned projects
- Manage site operations, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and productivity

- Coordinate closely with consultants, architects, MEP, and structural teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction management, including experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations, and authority approval processes
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Experience delivering high rise, residential, commercial, or mixed use developments

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly competent and results driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of our construction projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction activities across assigned projects.
- Manage site operations, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.), and safety standards.
- Monitor progress against project timelines and report updates to senior management.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, architects, MEP, and structural teams to resolve technical and construction related issues.
- Review and approve method statements, work programs, and construction schedules.
- Oversee quality control and assurance procedures throughout all phases of construction.
- Manage material procurement and logistics in coordination with the procurement department.
- Lead weekly site meetings and interface with stakeholders including clients, authorities, and consultants.
- Ensure effective implementation of HSE policies and procedures on site.
- Support in project handover, testing, and commissioning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction management, including experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations, and authority approval processes.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Experience delivering high rise, residential, commercial, or mixed use developments.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defence, etc.).
- Experience working in both contractor and developer environments is a plus.
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials are an advantage.
