Overview
- We’re hiring a Project Manager with a strong construction background to support a mix of internal transformation initiatives and client-facing projects across workplace, facilities (IFM), and business operations.
- We’re looking for someone experienced in construction, fit-outs, infrastructure, or real estate projects, who can also operate across broader program and transformation initiatives.
- What you’ll do:
- Plan and deliver projects (scope, timelines, budgets, resources)
- Manage end-to-end construction / fit-out / workplace projects
- Coordinate across contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against milestones
- Lead stakeholder engagement, site meetings, and governance forums
- Track risks, dependencies, and ensure quality standards are met
- Produce clear reporting (status updates, dashboards, presentations)
- What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in construction / real estate / fit-out project management
- Exposure to workplace transformation or facilities (IFM) projects
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Solid commercial awareness (budgets, contracts, cost control)
