- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and handover
- Lead the successful delivery of IT projects focused on customer experience and digital transformation
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance
- Work closely with business, technology, and third party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide regular project updates to senior leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Drive collaboration across cross functional teams and manage competing priorities
- Focus on delivering solutions that improve customer journeys and create tangible business value
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering technology transformation projects
- Experience managing Customer Experience (CX), CRM, digital, or customer facing technology initiatives
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on business outcomes and value delivery
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to join our client's transformation programme focused on delivering customer experience (CX) technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and handover.
