Manage the entire construction lifecycle from initial concept to final handover.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to support efficiency, productivity, and high-quality workmanship.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate favorable procurement terms and ensure timely delivery for project deadlines.
