Supervise construction workers and coordinate site activities.
Ensure efficient task completion and adherence to project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of construction workers.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately.
- Implement and enforce site safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and toolbox talks to help prevent accidents.
- Manage material and equipment resources.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure proper usage and maintenance of materials and equipment.
